Cartoon Network has announced the international premiere date for its new animated series Adventure Time: Side Quests, produced by Cartoon Network Studios. The series will debut on linear channels and HBO Max on Monday 5 October. A companion series to the Emmy®, Peabody and Annie Award-winning Adventure Time, the new show follows Finn and his magical dog Jake as they explore the Land of Ooo through a series of standalone adventures, from chaotic encounters with cloud people to battling evil forces in playful, self-contained quests.

Designed as both an entry point for new audiences and a continuation for long-time fans, Adventure Time: Side Quests revisits the tone of the early seasons, focusing on lighter, episodic storytelling while maintaining the franchise’s signature creativity and humour.
The series is executive produced by Nate Cash, who also serves as showrunner, with Darrick Bachman as story editor. Victor Courtright and Niki Yang direct, Nick Cross is art director, and Matthew Janszen composes the music. The voice cast includes Sasha Knight as Finn the Human and John DiMaggio returning as Jake the Dog, alongside fan-favourite characters such as Ice King (Tom Kenny), Princess Bubblegum (Hynden Walch), Marceline (Olivia Olson) and BMO (Niki Yang).

Adventure Time: Side Quests will premiere internationally on Cartoon Network and HBO Max on Monday 5 October, while in the United States it will debut exclusively on Hulu on 29 June.
