On the occasion of the Cannes Film Festival, Paris-based Entourage Ventures has entered into a strategic investment arrangement with OUR Films, a Mediawan company, founded by Mario Gianani and Lorenzo Mieli, to invest in films that OUR Films produces in partnership with MUBI.

The arrangement builds on the three-year agreement announced in 2025 between OUR Films and MUBI, which is focused on the development, financing, production and distribution of ambitious European films with international potential. Entourage Ventures will invest alongside OUR Films in the projects developed under this partnership.
Created within Mediawan Group, Europe’s leading independent and multi-award-winning studio, OUR Films was launched in 2024 to develop projects with strong international potential, including Feel My Voice, the Italian adaptation of La Famille Bélier, and Portobello, Marco Bellocchio’s series broadcast globally on HBO Max.

Entourage Ventures is an investment firm dedicated to the film and television industry. Founded in 2015 by Julien Delajoux and Matthias Nicodème, it has invested alongside leading European and international partners, including Gaumont, and is currently co-investing with Mediawan’s global distribution arm in international productions.

The new arrangement between OUR Films and Entourage Ventures is designed to provide additional financial structuring and investment capacity for auteur-driven films with global ambitions, supporting projects from their earliest stages.
Two current projects already reflect the broader OUR Films–MUBI collaboration:
• Fatherland, directed by Paweł Pawlikowski and starring Sandra Hüller and August Diehl, has been selected for the Official Competition at Cannes 2026 and is notably produced by OUR Films and Chapter 2 (Mediawan). Pawlikowski previously won the Academy Award for Best International Feature Film for Ida and the Best Director Award at Cannes for Cold War.
• Let Love In, directed by Felix van Groeningen and starring Luca Marinelli and Charlotte Vandermeersch. Van Groeningen was nominated for the Academy Award for The Broken Circle Breakdown and won the Jury Prize at Cannes for The Eight Mountains, co-directed with Vandermeersch and notably produced by OUR Film
