Italian production and content development company Masi Film Group has announced its entry into the share capital of The Box Films, marking another strategic step in the creation of an integrated Italian media company focused on cinema and the broader audiovisual industry.
The move follows Masi Film Group’s recent acquisition of In House and further strengthens the ecosystem being developed by the Aliante Group-owned company, bringing together film production, TV entertainment, post-production, advertising and fashion-related audiovisual activities under a single industrial vision.

Founded in 2005, The Box Films has established itself as a recognized player in the audiovisual production sector, particularly in advertising and fashion content. The new partnership is described as a natural evolution in the company’s growth path, aimed at reinforcing both its organizational structure and development capabilities. The operation forms part of a wider industrial strategy focused on building an integrated production and content development platform capable of operating across multiple verticals — from advertising and fashion productions to film, scripted content, post-production and live events.

The goal of the project is to support agencies and brands in the creation of increasingly sophisticated and cross-platform content by integrating creative, production and organizational expertise throughout the entire value chain. “For us, this is a natural step forward,” said Antonio Cappuzzello, Federico Levizzani and Rocco Bronzino, executives and partners of The Box Films. “After more than twenty years of activity, we felt the need to evolve and structure ourselves in order to face a new phase of growth while preserving our identity and continuing our journey with a partner that truly reflects our vision.”
