RoseBerry Bets on Premium Vertical Storytelling Boom
RoseBerry Media, a new global media and entertainment company, has officially launched with a focus on producing and distributing high-quality content tailored for the vertical television space. The company is founded by Guy Hameiri, Lior Friedman, Itay Koppel and Simi Efrati, a leadership team bringing decades of experience across television, production, distribution, IP monetisation, streaming, gaming and edtech. The venture combines original IP development with the adaptation of existing titles for vertical viewing.

Positioning itself at the premium end of a rapidly growing segment, RoseBerry is targeting a vertical drama market already valued at more than $10 billion, with strong revenue growth across leading platforms. At launch, the company has secured partnerships with major global distributors and studios including A+E Global Media, All3Media International, Banijay Rights, Cineflix Rights and Fremantle. Through these agreements, RoseBerry will repurpose selected titles from existing catalogues into vertical formats using its proprietary AI-driven workflows.
The company’s model combines original productions with “verticalization” of high-value library content, supported by technology designed to scale production and distribution globally. RoseBerry is also preparing to launch a premium direct-to-consumer platform this summer, offering curated mobile-first content.

Guy Hameiri, co-founder of RoseBerry Media, said: “RoseBerry is setting a new benchmark for premium vertical television, mobile-first by design. Vertical is one of the fastest-growing areas in the media sector, yet it is rarely defined by true craftsmanship or quality. We’re bringing together world-class creative talent, technologists, and partners to elevate Vertical into a premium entertainment category. By combining decades of television experience with advanced AI-driven workflows, we’re building a scalable model that delivers brand-safe, advertiser-ready content which we believe will represent real value globally for our industry partners and our direct-to-consumer customers when we launch our App this summer.”
Headquartered in New York, RoseBerry Media operates with additional creative and technology hubs in London and Tel Aviv, aiming to develop new revenue streams across advertising, partnerships, licensing and direct audience relationships.
