Sébastien Petiot Appointed C00 at Dreamspark
Dreamspark, the French non-scripted format creation and production studio founded by Moe Bennani and Julien Muresianu, has appointed Sébastien Petiot as Chief Operating Officer, effective June 22, 2026. He will also join the company as a partner. The move represents a new phase in Dreamspark’s expansion strategy as the company continues to scale its activities in France and across international markets. Working closely with founder and president Moe Bennani, Petiot will supervise day-to-day operations, strengthen the company’s organisational structure, support long-term growth plans, and help accelerate the development of its formats with broadcasters, streaming platforms and global partners.A respected executive in the audiovisual sector, Petiot began his career at TF1 before taking senior management positions at Adventure Line Productions, ITV Studios France and most recently Banijay France. At Banijay France, he was notably in charge of operational strategy, coordination of the group’s portfolio of labels, and management of key support functions.

In just four years, Dreamspark has established itself as one of the most active new French studios in the creation of game shows, entertainment and reality competition formats. The company has notably been involved in the creation, development and production of Werewolves for CANAL+ with JAAD Productions and Presque Prod, The Power for W9 with Studio 89, Sea Battle for TF1 with Satisfaction, Dirty Players for TFX / TF1+, and That’s My Chair ! for France Télévisions with Troisième Œil Productions / Mediawan.

International expansion is now a major strategic focus for Dreamspark, across both Europe and the US. Following several European launches, including Loups Garous Germany for ARD / ARD Mediathek and The Power Germany for Joyn, the studio is confirming the export potential of its formats. Dreamspark also holds a distinctive position in the North American market as the only independent French company specialising in unscripted formats to be represented by leading agency CAA.
Dreamspark is also continuing to develop new native formats for platforms and YouTube, while strengthening its investment in artificial intelligence applied to format creation, development, production and marketing.

Petiot’s arrival is part of this next phase of scale-up for Dreamspark. He joins an already structured team led by Moe Bennani, Quentin Jomand, Fabien Husson, Frédéric Jacquette, Siobhan Crawford and Sophie Gout, alongside several key creative producers including Julien Mansio, Stéphanie Vola and Barbara Lereec.
Moe Bennani said:“Sébastien’s arrival marks an important milestone for Dreamspark. His leadership experience within major production groups, his deep understanding of the audiovisual ecosystem and his ability to structure growing organisations will help us accelerate the studio’s development in France and internationally and grow our brands across multiple territories.”

Sébastien Petiot said:“I am delighted and excited to be joining Moe and his team to support the growth of a studio with such a strong creative identity and a very promising portfolio of brands in production and development. In the current market, Dreamspark’s positioning as a creative and artistic production studio for original formats with international potential feels particularly relevant.”
