Ower will focus on expanding the reach of Nippon TV’s premium unscripted formats and Gyokuro Studio’s original development, identifying new opportunities with U.S. and international partners, and accelerating sales and co-development across key territories. His experience spanning creative development and commercial execution positions him to play a central role in bringing Japanese formats to a global audience.

Prior to joining Nippon TV LA, Ower worked at ITV America, where he built his career in unscripted development over the past decade, rising to Director of Development. He was part of the ITV Entertainment label, one of ITV America’s flagship production labels behind major unscripted series including Queer Eye, Love Island, Hell’s Kitchen, and The Chase.
