Blink49 Studios has appointed Yogita Puri as Executive Vice President, Head of Business & Legal Affairs, as the company continues to expand its global operations and production footprint.

Based in Los Angeles, Puri will report directly to CEO John Morayniss and will oversee the company’s business and legal strategy, supporting the growth of its international slate.

“Yogita brings an exceptional combination of business expertise, strategic insight and industry relationships that will be invaluable as we continue to grow the business,” said Morayniss. “Her experience across global markets and collaborative approach make her a natural fit for Blink49.”

She joins the independent studio from FIFTH SEASON, where she served as Senior Vice President & Associate General Counsel, overseeing international television production and distribution.

With more than two decades of experience across business affairs, financing, co-productions and strategy, Puri will work closely with Blink49’s leadership and creative teams on dealmaking across both scripted and unscripted projects, reinforcing the company’s expanding production and financing strategy.
