From Perpetual Entertainment, "How Did They Walk Away from That?" is a high-stakes, access-driven survival series that revisits some of the world’s most notorious disasters, shifting the focus from fatalities to the extraordinary stories of those who survived. Also from the producer, "Scandalous" explores the anatomy of global celebrity scandals, examining how moments of crisis, media pressure and reputation management can either destroy or redefine fame.
Brendan Dahill, General Manager and EP at Perpetual Entertainment, comments: “Having already partnered with Keshet International on 'Hitler’s Treasure Hunters', we are delighted to be working with them again on these two exciting new projects which showcase our approach to factual storytelling – producing contributor-rich shows that resonate with global audiences.”
Rounding out the new slate is SF Factual’s "Looted", an investigative series led by historian Alice Roberts, who travels worldwide to uncover the complex stories behind contested cultural artefacts, raising the question of ownership and restitution as historical injustices resurface.

Amanda Groom, EP of SF Factual’s Looted, says: “In 'Looted', Alice Roberts takes us on a true crime adventure into the heart of the conflict about cultural artefacts being returned to those communities and nations from whom they were stolen. 'Looted' is a global odyssey of historical intrigue and criminal investigation capturing the clamour for justice behind the stories reaching our news headlines almost daily.”
Kelly Wright, Managing Director of Distribution at Keshet International, says: “These three new series reflect the kind of bold, distinctive projects KI’s bringing to the international market via our burgeoning pre-sale slate. We’re introducing these titles to selected clients at Realscreen this week, and then officially to a wider audience at our Unscripted Showcase on Tuesday 24 February as part of the London TV Screenings.”
All three projects originated through KI’s Greenlight: Factual and Formats commissioning initiative. Pre-sale discussions will begin at Realscreen, ahead of their official presentation to buyers at KI’s Unscripted Showcase in London on Tuesday 24 February.
The new titles join KI’s previously announced factual pre-sales slate, which includes Caledonia TV’s "Hitler’s Favourite Royals", Yeti TV’s "Secret Royal Homes", hosted by Hugh Bonneville, and Ritual Arts and "Amazing Owl’s premium docuseries "Earthbound", narrated by Orlando Bloom.
