Blue Ant Rights has announced a series of senior leadership promotions and a new appointment across its Americas and APAC sales teams, as the company accelerates the growth of its global distribution business. The expanded leadership structure reflects Blue Ant Rights’ growing content portfolio, broader genre mix, and rising global demand for premium programming across platforms and territories.
“As we enter a new phase of growth, these key leadership appointments enable us to strengthen our regional sales support across APAC and North America—both critical to scaling our content portfolio and expanding our genre offering,” said Mark Bishop, Co-President of Blue Ant Studios. “We have built a leadership team with deep market expertise and strong global relationships, positioning Blue Ant Rights to unlock new opportunities for our premium content worldwide.”
In the Americas, Bryan Gabourie has been promoted to EVP, Content Monetization and Head of Americas. In his expanded role, Gabourie will lead a broadened regional sales organization, with a focus on maximizing the value of Blue Ant’s growing distribution portfolio across platforms, partners, and territories.
Beyond regional sales oversight, Gabourie will also drive cross-functional content monetization initiatives, including digital platform growth and high-volume VOD strategies, while playing a central role in portfolio strategy and commercial decision-making. His expanded remit highlights Blue Ant Rights’ integrated, end-to-end approach to content monetization as the business continues to scale.
Nick Solowski has been promoted to VP, International Sales (US & Canada), expanding his responsibilities beyond Canadian sales partnerships to include content licensing and strategic relationships across the United States. Working closely with the broader Americas leadership team, Solowski will focus on strengthening existing partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and further building Blue Ant Rights’ presence across North America.
In APAC, Blue Ant Rights has appointed Bruno Liporoni as VP, International Sales (ANZ & Japan). Reporting to Jon Penn, Managing Director, APAC, Liporoni will oversee content sales across Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, with a primary focus on the ANZ market, as the company deepens regional partnerships and accelerates sales activity.
Additionally, Jason Soh, VP, Distribution (Asia), will take on expanded responsibilities, adding oversight of content sales in China and Korea to his existing role.
These appointments follow a period of significant corporate momentum for Blue Ant Media. Since completing its reverse takeover of Boat Rocker Media in 2025 and beginning trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the company has acquired U.S.-based streamer MagellanTV and announced a proposed acquisition of Thunderbird Entertainment Group. Together, these moves are expected to further enhance Blue Ant’s scale, capabilities, and global distribution strength.
