Eccho Rights has closed agreements with leading Indonesian broadcasters for three Turkish drama series. ANTV has acquired “Winds of Love”, produced by Unik Film and Rains Pictures, along with “Behind the Veil” from Film Yapim Merkezi, while SCTV has picked up Karamel Yapim’s drama “Legacy.”

“These new partnerships mark an encouraging moment for Turkish Drama in Indonesia,” said Berkin Nalbantli, Sales Consultant CEE & Asia at Eccho Rights. “It has been a challenging market in recent years, but during ATF earlier this month we saw clear signs of renewed appetite for Turkish content across Asia. Broadcasters are again looking for high quality, emotionally charged storytelling and we are pleased to be part of that momentum returning to the region.”

Eccho Rights previously enjoyed a major ratings breakthrough in Indonesia with “Elif” in 2015. The series became one of SCTV’s most-watched titles of the year and later inspired a local remake on the same channel, further cementing the brand’s popularity with Indonesian audiences.

Stand out Dramas
“Winds of Love” (original title: Rüzgarlı Tepe) follows Halil, who vows to avenge the Aslanlı family after they destroy his family’s honor and take their home. 

“Behind the Veil” (Gelin) is one of Kanal 7’s most successful series to date. Now in its third season, the daily drama consistently rates higher than several of Turkey’s prestigious, high-budget weekly series. The story centers on Hançer, who has fought for survival since childhood and will do anything to save her ailing brother. 

“Legacy” (Emanet) tells the story of young Yusuf, left alone in the cold Kırımlı mansion after his mother Kevser’s death. Honouring her sister’s final wish, Seher moves into the household to care for him, stepping into the guarded world of his powerful uncle,
