Moonbug Entertainment IPs expands in Indonesia and Australia
Moonbug Entertainment continues its growth across the Asia-Pacific region with two new content partnerships in Indonesia and Australia. Beginning December 10, families in Indonesia can now enjoy the new “Blippi & Friends” channel plus more than 500 episodes of Moonbug content on Linknet’s First Media service, marking the first "Blippi & Friends" channel in the country. In Australia, Moonbug will launch more than 1000 episodes of Moonbug content on-demand on the Stan service.

These new launches reflect strong and growing demand for trusted, high-quality children’s entertainment across APAC, and underscore Moonbug’s momentum in the region.

“Our growth across Asia-Pacific continues to accelerate, and these new launches with Linknet and Stan allow us to bring even more of Moonbug’s beloved characters and learning-focused stories to families across Indonesia and Australia,” said Amrita Sindhu, Head of Distribution and Partnerships, APAC at Moonbug Entertainment. “Parents everywhere are looking for enriching, safe, and joyful entertainment they can trust. Partnering with platforms that share that commitment helps us deepen our footprint in the region and continue building momentum in the region.”

"Blippi & Friends" in Indonesia
The new "Blippi & Friends" Channel on Linknet brings young fans in Indonesia a 24/7 lineup of curiosity-driven, adventure-filled programming from Blippi, Meekah, Oddbods and friends. The channel showcases content designed to spark exploration and learning through play, from field trips and vehicles to music-driven episodes and hands-on discovery.

This marks the first-ever Blippi & Friends Channel in Indonesia, expanding Moonbug’s footprint in one of the region’s most dynamic and fast-growing kids’ entertainment markets. Linknet subscribers can access the channel on First Media and Onestream.

“Linknet is honored to be the first provider to introduce the 'Blippi & Friends' channel to audiences in Indonesia,” said Thilan Wijesuriya, Chief Media Business Officer, Linknet. “This collaboration with Moonbug underscores our commitment to delivering trusted, high-quality, and educational content for families, especially with young kids. Through the integration of this channel into our First Media services, we continue to strengthen our position as a leading provider of premium entertainment experiences in Indonesia, bringing another first to Indonesia.”
