Global Agency announces that RTV Slovenia has commissioned the 9th season of the hit game show "Joker", following yet another year of strong results. The show continues to be one of TV SLO 1’s most reliable and well-liked prime-time titles.
"Joker" is an entertaining, fast-paced quiz format where a contestant must tackle 10 tough multiple-choice questions to claim the jackpot at the top of the money ladder—or slip to the bottom and leave empty-handed.

In 2025, "Joker" posted a 9.0% average rating (4+), drawing 173,800 viewers per episode and a 23% average share—positioning it as the channel’s second most-watched regular program. Its reach remains remarkable, with 898,600 unique viewers in 2025 alone, representing 46.9% of the Slovenian population.
The show shifted to Saturdays at 20:35 (previously 20:00) this year but continues to exceed the slot average and outperform key competitors, including high-profile reality programming on commercial networks. In the extended Saturday slot (20:00–21:06), TV SLO 1 achieved an 8.9% rating and 22.5% share, ranking first among all national broadcasters. During peak competition (20:38–21:00), "Joker" leads with a 6.5% rating and 17.1% share.
Across all measured intervals in 2024 and 2025, "Joker" has consistently surpassed both national and commercial rivals, demonstrating strong viewer loyalty and a solid competitive advantage. The time slot itself performs better with "Joker" on air, strengthening TV SLO 1’s overall performance.
