The long running game show is based on Still Standing, format distributed by ITV Studios. The Italian version is co-produced by RTI and Endemol Shine Italy – the 14th season presents a revamped set design, updated graphics, and new games. Among them is the new segment “At Home With…”, in which contestants must identify a famous personality through a series of clues. The prize pot has also increased and can now reach up to 300,000 euros.
The final challenge is completely new as well: “Sei vincente”. The reigning champion has three minutes to climb six steps by answering six questions. They may attempt as many answers as they wish, but each incorrect move sends them back down. If they reach the top, they win the accumulated jackpot; if not, they fall through the trapdoor and lose the prize, although they remain the champion.
