All3Media International Unveils Star-Powered Slate for MIPCOM 2025

Wonderhood Studios’ The Trial of Michael Jackson(w/t) (4 x 1 hour) is set to deliver a compelling, insightful re-examination of Michael Jackson’s 2005 trial. The series joins All3Media International’s premium factual slate including Lion TV’s Diddy: In Plain Sight, as well as Roast Beef’s Spacey Unmasked and Who is Ghislaine Maxwell. Commissioned by Channel 4 , the series will recount the late pop superstar’s 2005 criminal trial, and will feature contributors who have never spoken about the trial before as well using archive footage to explore the relationship between Michael Jackson and the media. It will also document Jackson’s life story, as lived in the gaze of cameras, whilst seeking to ask wider questions about race, fame, journalistic ethics and the American justice system.

Also available to license from the award-winning team at Story Films is a compelling new feature documentary The Moonies: Married To The Cult (w/t) (1 x 1 ½ hours), coming to Prime Video only in the UK. The Moonies are best known for their mass weddings - the theatrical centerpiece of a widely popular religious movement founded by Rev. Moon in the pursuit of world peace- beneath these spectacular ceremonies lie dark secrets. With billions in global assets, considerable political influence and millions of followers, the church remains a powerful yet shadowy force. Some claim it's simply a cult. The feature documentary delivers unprecedented access to insiders, including Rev. Moon’s own son speaking out for the first time. From weddings and kidnappings to scandal and sex ceremonies, this is the can't-look-away story of a runaway religion whose legacy continues to shape our world today.

Factual entertainment, travel programming and wildlife documentaries are available to license from All3Media International’s unscripted slate. From the genre leading team at Silverback Films, Hidden Wild Isles (4 x 1 hour) follows hidden wildlife gems across all four countries of the British Isles. Wildlife cameraman Hamza Yassin brings his knowledge, warmth and enthusiasm, to share tips and advice, encouraging viewers to connect with nature. Told across the four seasons, Hamza captures incredible species hidden amongst both our urban and wilder landscapes from beavers, sharks, kingfishers, pine martens, foxes and much more.

Perpetual Entertainment’s Wild Homes with George Clarke (6 x 1 hour), takes viewers to most ingenious, inspiring and isolated homes across New Zealand and Australia’s rugged coastlines. From off-grid retreats to architectural marvels, this series reveals the challenges and rewards of island living—where nature shapes every aspect of life.

A journey of flavour, family and tradition across Indonesia Southern Pictures’ Beyond Bali: The World’s Most Exotic Islands (8 x 1 hour) is packed with stunning visuals and heartfelt storytelling. Acclaimed chef, author, and television personality Lara Lee embarks on a deeply personal journey that offers a fresh, intimate perspective on Indonesia’s culinary and cultural landscape.

A variety of anticipated dramas leading the distributor’s scripted slate. From the award-winning team at Wildgaze behind An Education and Brooklyn is Trespasses (4 x 1 hour) a captivating, passionate and cinematic series starring The Crown’s Gillian Anderson, Say Nothing’s Lola Petticrew and The Gold’s Tom Cullen. It follows Cushla, a young Catholic woman, torn between duties to her mother Gina (Anderson) and her desire, as she is drawn into illicit affair with Michael, an older Protestant barrister.

Freedom Pictures’ debut drama Summerwater (6 x 1 hour) will bring simmering tensions and hidden secrets from a remotely beautiful Scottish holiday park to Cannes. Weaving together past and present lives of several families navigating conflicts and dilemmas, the series explores family, sex, class, tolerance and community in divided times. Dougray Scott, Shirley Henderson, and Valene Kane alongside The White Lotus star Arnas Fedaravičius and The Tattooist of Auschwitz lead Anna Próchniak star. Both series are coming to Channel 4.

Available for pre-sale is Potboiler Films’ dynamic espionage thriller Secret Service (5 x 1hour) , which pairs global geopolitics with edge-of-your-seat storytelling, taking viewers from London to Malta and beyond. Directed by Oscar & BAFTA-winner James Marsh, adapted from the tense novel by ITV News anchor Tom Bradby and led by an A-List cast including Gemma Arterton and Rafe Spall. Commissioned by ITV.

Deeply poignant drama Babies from Snowed-In Productions and The Money Men’s ( 6 x 1 hour). A warm, funny and life-affirming exploration of the delicate tightrope between love and loss in a young couple's desire to become parents. Led by Paapa Essiedu and Siobhán Cullen, created by award-winning writer and director Stefan Golaszewski, Babies will air on BBC One.

Launching to critical acclaim and impressive ratings on ITV last month, I Fought The Law (4 x 1 hour) sees BAFTA-winner Sheridan Smith deliver an astonishing performance in a powerful true story of a mother’s love, courage and determination. Smith plays Ann Ming, the woman who took on the Criminal Justice System to change the Double Jeopardy Law, and see her daughter’s murderer brought to justice. An emotional tangent on the true crime genre from the acclaimed team at Hera Pictures behind the acclaimed Mary and George and Chloe Zhao’s upcoming adaptation of Hamnet, the series is now available.

Returning hit titles are:drama Trigger Point (6 x 1 hour) , with a fourth season of the hit thriller already commissioned.

Playground’s All Creatures Great and Small (7 x 1 hour) returns for a sixth season filled with more heart-warming, feel-good stories set against the back drop of the stunning rolling hills of Yorkshire. It continues to follow the work, lives and expanding family life of the much-loved Skeldale House residents, now in the 1940’s post war Britain.

From All3Media International’s celebrated detective slate, new seasons of Brokenwood Mysteries (6 x 2 hours), Ridley (4 x 2 hours) , and Mystery Road: Origin (6 x 1 hour) are available to license.

From the distributor’s format slate comes the global phenomenon, The Traitors (1 hour). With local versions produced in over 30 territories, IDTV’s hit format continues its worldwide success. The U.S. version on Peacock recently won five Emmys, while the BBC is preparing the UK’s first celebrity edition, featuring Stephen Fry and Tom Daley. This year, local versions have been commissioned in Latin America for the first time, and Asia’s debut adaptation—in India—is already set to return for a second season on Prime Video. As the format’s global trajectory continues, The Traitors solidifies its position as a standout international success.

Heading up All3Media International’s format slate is The Inheritance (1 hour) a new reality game of wit, willpower, persuasion, and betrayal from Studio Lambert and Motion Entertainment. A group of strangers arrive at a grand country estate, lured by one irresistible opportunity: to inherit a chunk of a vast fortune which belonged to a benefactor known as The Deceased. This game is not about who deserves the money- but who’s willing to outplay, out-charm and out-scheme the competition to claim it. The UK version, aired on Channel 4 this autumn, fronted by the star power of Elizabeth Hurley.

Also now available for buyers internationally is The Circle (1 hour), a bold entertainment format also from Studio Lambert and Motion Entertainment. The format has aired for seven successful seasons on Netflix and three on Channel 4, with versions also launching in Brazil and France. With its blend of human drama, tech intrigue, and social strategy, The Circle remains one of the most innovative reality formats today.
