 OGM Universe, the distribution arm of OGM Pictures, will attend MIPCOM 2025 with a broad lineup of premium Turkish dramas and its international team ready to meet buyers at stand R8.C17.

Launched in 2022, OGM Universe was created to centralize and distribute OGM Pictures’ slate of high-end dramas, reinforcing Turkey’s position as one of the world’s leading exporters of television content. The company has since expanded its reach into new territories while pursuing co-production opportunities with international partners.

At MIPCOM this year, OGM Universe is presenting a diverse selection of new series alongside its established international hits:

Reborn (Çarpıntı) – Produced by OGM Pictures for Star TV and directed by Burcu Alptekin, this drama stars Kerem Bürsin, Sibel Taşçıoğlu, Deniz Çakır, and Lizge Çömert. The story follows Aslı, a young woman given a second chance at life through a heart transplant that draws her into the world of Istanbul’s powerful Alkan family, setting the stage for a tale of forbidden love, grief, and betrayal.

The Fall of the King (Kral Kaybederse) – Adapted from Gülseren Budayıcıoğlu’s bestselling novel, this drama is led by Halit Ergenç, Merve Dizdar, and Aslıhan Gürbüz. The series portrays Kenan Baran, a charismatic businessman whose world unravels as his marriage, affairs, and empire collapse under the weight of secrets and desire.

Six of Us (Sahipsizler) – Directed by Cem Karcı for Star TV, the series tells the story of six siblings forced to flee Istanbul after their parents’ murder. Starring Hazal Subaşı and Kaan Mirac Sezen, the drama focuses on survival, family bonds, and sacrifice.

Shahrarazad: Tears of Istanbul (Sen Ağlama İstanbul) – A cinematic love story set in Istanbul, directed by Çağrı Vila Lostuvalı and starring İsmail Hacıoğlu, Simay Barlas, and Aytaç Şaşmaz. The series follows Shahrarazad, a young woman whose love story collides with power, betrayal, and sacrifice after she makes a dangerous pact to save her beloved.

Dilemma (Düğüm) – An Amazon Prime drama directed by Can Ulkay, starring Bergüzar Korel, Caner Cindoruk, and Serkan Altunorak. The 8x45’ thriller follows journalist Neslihan Turhan, whose integrity and career are tested when her son is accused of murder, forcing her into an impossible moral conflict.

The catalogue also features returning global titles such as The Tailor (Terzi), a Netflix hit now spanning three seasons; Lost in Love (Sakla Beni); Miracle of Love (Yüz Yıllık Mucize); Stickman (Çöp Adam); and Broken Destiny (Toprak ile Fidan), confirming OGM Universe’s strength in offering dramas with both domestic ratings success and proven international appeal.

The distribution team in Cannes will include Ekin Koyuncu Karaman (Global Distribution & Partnership Director), Mikaela Perez (Sales Director), Canan Koca and Mina Aslan (Sales Executives), supported by Nesrin Özkalay (Marketing & PR Manager).
