Just For Laughs Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer Alex Avon announced the hired of former KO Distribution and Corus Entertainment executive, Nicolas Holst-Roy, as International Sales Manager for Just For Laughs Distribution.
Holst-Roy added: “I am excited to join the team to bring even more laughter to the world. Alex and his team have created a premium portfolio of the best in comedy programming, and I look forward to presenting our catalog to our current and new partners at MIPCOM.”

Just For Laughs Distribution to feature more Just For Laughs’ comedy programming at MIPCOM, along with an English-language dubbed version of the multiple-award-winning dramedy "About Antoine" in addition to premiering a larger private stand within the Canadian Pavilion on Riviera 8.
Just For Laughs Distribution's MIPCOM plans includes new seasons of hidden-camera comedy shows "JFL Gags" and scripted sketch show performed by comedians "Just For Laughs LOL". Also on offer: fresh stand-up comedy shows from this summer’s Just For Laughs Festival and animated comedy "Babyatrice". And also a new English-dubbed version of the multi-award-winning dramedy "About Antoine" along with box-office hit comedy "1995."
