The sixth season of the popular prime time family entertainment format "The Way Out," created and produced by Roses Are Blue and distributed by Be-Entertainment, got the second-highest rated episode across all seasons, with a massive 52.7% market share (18-44, consolidated) on Belgium's VTM.
Following the successful launch earlier this year on Prime Germany and its continuous success on SBS6 in the Netherlands the format keeps performing well. It has proven itself not only in linear but also on streaming platforms. With five of the six international versions produced in a hub in Belgium the creators are able to deliver high value for a compatible budget.
On each episode of ‘The Way Out’, two different celebrity duos are sent into two identical rooms full of mysteries to be solved. Their quest? To figure out the scientific experiments and unravel the codes, because every test or assignment they complete provides them with a clue. And brings them a step closer to being the first duo to find ‘The Way Out.’
