France Télévisions is set to debut Intuition, a new family-oriented game show that departs from traditional quiz formats by focusing on instinct rather than knowledge. The format is based on the idea that contestants don’t need to know the correct answer — they only need to get close.
Developed by AH Production, part of Satisfaction Group, in collaboration with CYRILPROD, the show features 150 contestants competing on a large-scale set with a distinctive visual design. The structure emphasizes accessible play, relying on estimation and approximation rather than factual recall.
The format includes a group of celebrities, referred to as The Intuitive Gang, who participate alongside contestants to create a more relaxed and entertainment-driven atmosphere. The winner of each episode stands to take home a prize of €50,000.
Antoine Henriquet, CEO of AH Production, described the show as the result of a partnership between two companies with complementary expertise:“This show was born from the collaboration of two leading production companies — one expert in entertainment, the other in game shows. Together, we’ve combined the best of both worlds to create a fun, original, and truly popular new format for the whole family.”
Cyril Féraud, CEO of CYRILPROD and host of Intuition, highlighted the inclusive nature of the gameplay:
“Every game show creator dreams of finding the format where absolutely everyone can play. With Intuition, that dream comes true — because for once, you don’t need the right answer to win... just to get close.”
AH Production, founded in 2009 by Henriquet, has developed several successful unscripted formats including The Villa of Broken Hearts, Battle of the Couples, and Love Trip. It recently led the French reboot of Let’s Make a Deal, reinforcing its standing in studio-based entertainment.
As part of the broader Satisfaction Group, AH Production contributes to over 1,000 hours of annual programming across genres. The group has recently expanded its international footprint, launching operations in Iberia and establishing the Creative Alliance alongside Yes Yes Media, Keshet International, and Fulwell 73.
CYRILPROD, founded by Cyril Féraud, focuses on game and entertainment formats for French broadcasters. The company currently produces two daily shows for France Télévisions: Tout le monde veut prendre sa place (Hold On to Your Seat) and Duels en Familles (Family Face-Off). It is also involved in the French versions of several international game show franchises, including The 1% Club, The Floor, and Quizmaster.
Intuition is scheduled to air on France Télévisions in the upcoming season.
