Production has officially started in Rome for Colpa dei Sensi, a new drama series co-produced by RTI and Compagnia Leone Cinematografica, reuniting popular actors Gabriel Garko and Anna Safroncik in leading roles. Directed by Simona and Ricky Tognazzi, and produced by Compagnia Leone Cinematografica, the series is written by Simona Izzo, Ricky Tognazzi, Graziano Diana, and Matteo Bondioli. The story delves into the seemingly peaceful life of Laura (Anna Safroncik) and her husband Enrico (Tommaso Basili), which is upended by the unexpected return of Davide (Gabriel Garko) to their hometown of Ancona.

Davide, once Laura’s boyfriend and Enrico’s best friend, left the city years earlier following the tragic murder of his mother at the hands of his father, who was subsequently convicted and imprisoned. However, lingering doubts about his father’s guilt compel Davide to return and uncover the truth. His investigation takes him deep into a past that is not easily unraveled, while the present reveals that much has changed. As Laura supports Davide in his search for answers, old emotions resurface. Their rekindled connection reignites a passion that had never truly died, setting off a chain of unexpected events. Long-buried secrets begin to emerge, aided by Tommaso (Francesco Venditti), a sharp police officer who is married to Viola (Giorgia Würth), Laura’s closest friend.
