The agreement allows Go Button to focus on creating compelling content in areas such as science, wildlife, history, and engineering, while benefiting from cost efficiencies. This partnership ensures a steady supply of high-quality programming for a global audience, with a strategic focus on maintaining budget and creativity.
The first series greenlit under the deal is Secrets of Ancient Structures, a 6-episode exploration of ancient engineering marvels. The series will investigate how past civilizations built monumental structures, like medieval fortresses and Mayan pyramids, while also unraveling the mysteries and myths surrounding these achievements. It is set to debut in 2025.
Dr Patrick Hörl, managing director at Autentic, says: “We take great pride in consistently delivering high-quality content to the international market and collaborating with the very best partners to achieve this. Go Button’s previous productions have performed exceptionally well globally, so extending our partnership with this longer-term deal was a natural choice, ensuring a steady stream of engaging programming over the next three years. What truly distinguishes this collaboration is the excellent cooperation in the editorial process, and we deeply appreciate the creative vision and storytelling expertise that the team at Go Button brings to every project. We’re excited to work with them and Super Channel on these upcoming projects and to bring them to a wide international audience”
Kim Ball, chief content officer at Super Channel adds: “Whatever the subject, Go Button never fails to deliver engaging factual series that entertain and inform. We are excited to come onboard for this new content slate and look forward to working with the Go Button and Autentic teams again to explore some fascinating new topics”.
