The docuseries (3 episodes) - directed by Simone Manetti - is a B&B Film production in co-production with German production company Gebreuder Beetz Filmproduktion, Franco-German broadcaster ZDF Arte, and co-financed by Lazio Region (Lazio Cinema International), Media program of Creative Europe.
The series is a true, ironic, controversial tale rich in archives and untold stories: the testimonies of men and women who, for various reasons, have encountered Silvio Berlusconi, from the beginnings of the 1970s, from Milano 2 to the invention of commercial TV, up to his entry into politics. Among the testimonies are those of Silvio Berlusconi's closest collaborators - well-known figures, but also technicians, authors, advertisers, key figures who have contributed to his personal success and that of his television - as well as those who opposed and criticized him.
