Santo Versace and Francesca De Stefano Versace announce that they will no longer be, respectively, President and member of the Board of Directors of Minerva Pictures, although they will remain shareholders.

Santo Versace and Francesca De Stefano commented on this decision as follows: "We have always considered cinema, its stories, its magic, not only as a great passion but also as an industry in which to believe and invest. Cinema is a fundamental part of a country's culture. For this reason, our entry into Minerva Pictures has represented an important step from the beginning.

At the same time, our daily commitment to the Santo Versace Foundation, of which we are founders, and our projects in support of the most vulnerable, no longer allow us to operate actively within the company in the positions we held. While maintaining a shareholding within the company, we have decided to resign from our institutional positions. We love and will continue to operate in the cinema, although not in the forefront, at least for the time being."
