Amazon Prime Video has commissioned a Canadian adaptation of the Australian original reality format Luxe Listings.

Produced by McGillivray Entertainment Media (MEM), the new Luxe Listings Toronto will showcase multimillion-dollar house listings, sold by some of the best real estate agents Canada can offer, such as Brett Starke, founder of The Starke Group, and Peter and Paige Torkan, founders of Team Torkan.

Luxe Listings Sydney, which debuted on Prime Video in July 2021 and has aired for three seasons so far, has definitely caught the attention of Canada’s Prime Video headquarters. This title is one of the first that will be sold through the new distribution unit Amazon MGM Studios Distribution, which will begin selling Amazon Studios originals to other players at this year’s LA Screenings.
