DICM, Dubai International Content Market dedicated to organize one of the most important event in the Middle East and Africa specially designed and structured for content producers and distributors, will soon kick-off for the 2023 edition, which will take place from 22-23 November at the Madinat Jumeirah Conference Centre in Dubai.
