C21 launches Content Americas in Miami between 24-26 January 2023
C21 has confirmed Content Americas will take place in Miami between 24-26 January 2023 and has invited all clients and delegates with pre-paid bookings for the now-defunct NATPE Bahamas to make contact to discuss a variety of special offers for the new event.

Content Americas will take place at the newly-renovated Hilton Miami Downtown, opening for registration on the afternoon of Tuesday January 24, with two full days of conference and marketplace activity on January 25 and 26. It will be owned, operated and organised through C21 International Inc (C21i).

There will be a full range of opportunities for companies looking to reconnect with the global business, and a conference programme in Spanish and English that takes a deep dive into key trends in the business.

Content America’s has announced a 60% discount Earlybird Delegate Rate of $399 to ensure the event is accessible to all. Any delegate with a pre-paid booking for NATPE Bahamas will be eligible for a complimentary pass to Content Americas.

C21i has contracted Wayneston Harbeson and Charlie Weiss to oversee operations and sales for Content Americas and a raft of new C21 initiatives, with both joining the team on December 1.

Support will be leant by Cveintiuno’s business development director Fabricio Ferrara and C21’s London team, with additional operational help from Isabella Marquez, who has been retained by C21i as a consultant on the 2023 event.

C21i has also appointed Mingfen Lee to work out of Paris, completing an executive line-up that is committed to deliver value and opportunity across the portfolio.

C21’s London team will also work alongside the new line-up, with Odiri Iwuji and Peter Treacher providing a bridge for C21 clients to Content Americas and Content East, which will take place in June 2023.

The company’s event programming team, responsible for delivering Content London, Content LA and Content Canada, will add further resource to support the launch.

C21’s editor-in-chief & managing director David Jenkinson said: “We have moved fast to provide a well organised and creatively programmed alternative to NATPE Bahamas. Content Americas will provide the very best opportunity for the international content business to reconnect in Miami in 2023 and beyond.

“While we have not yet completed any acquisition of the NATPE assets, we hope this can be achieved over the coming weeks and as a statement of intent to the market Content Americas will work with all exhibitors and delegates who were previously planning to attend NATPE Bahamas to facilitate exhibition and registrations solutions regardless of the outcome of efforts to purchase the assets. New clients are, of course, also welcome.”

Content Americas will be open to all trade press to cover the event and distribute publications to ensure consistency and opportunity for everyone working in and covering the market going forwards.

The event will be organised through C21 International Inc and supported by the C21 group.
