Sky announced it will double its investment in original production over the next 5 years.
After the success of drama series Chernobyl the group, newly owned by Comcast Corporation will invest money in new productions for original series starting with a new project in six-part titled The Third Day, a coproduction with HBO starring Jude Law (The Young Pope).
The division led by Gary Davey, Sky UK managing director of content, as the new CEO announced to develop new production initiative in Europe.
