MIPCOM Cannes (12–15 October 2026) has named Utopai Studios as Headline Partner of the inaugural MIP AI Entertainment Forum, positioning one of the fastest-growing AI-native entertainment studios at the centre of the global conversation on the future of content creation, distribution and audience engagement. Co-Founder and CEO Cecilia Shen will deliver the opening day keynote on Monday 12 October on the MIPCOM Cannes main stage, where she will outline the company’s vision for AI-native studios built around original IP, creative talent, production expertise and proprietary cinematic infrastructure. The session will explore how new studio models are reshaping the development of film, television and digital entertainment, enabling larger-scale storytelling and new forms of global audience reach.

Shen has emerged as a key figure in the next wave of entertainment leadership. The partnership follows a period of rapid commercial expansion for Utopai Studios and its long-form cinematic AI system PAI. The company has moved beyond early-stage experimentation into AI-enabled long-form production linked to broadcaster relationships, territorial rights and distribution agreements, while continuing to develop a slate of global projects. Utopai Studios is currently valued at more than $1 billion.
