The new dating experiment Cougar Island has kicked off with solid ratings on M6, where its first two episodes aired back-to-back, delivering a strong performance across key demographics.
The launch positioned M6 as the leading channel among viewers under 50, with particularly strong results among younger audiences. The show achieved a 21% share in the 15–34 demographic, rising to 29% among 15–24s, and 13% among 15–49s, with a peak audience of 1 million viewers.
Created by Studio 89 Productions and distributed by M6 Formats, Cougar Island has already attracted international interest, securing options in multiple territories including Italy, Germany, Benelux and Poland.
