Series Mania, Pictanovo and CNC Welcome International Delegation To Hauts-De-France
From March 22 to 27, Pictanovo and the National Centre for Cinema and the Moving Image (CNC), through its Film France-CNC department, will host—in partnership with the Séries Mania Festival—a group of American and international film and audiovisual experts in the Hauts-de-France region.

This Inspiration Tour is designed to build bridges between global decision-makers and French industry professionals. By highlighting the region’s attractiveness for foreign projects, the initiative aims to drive substantial economic advantages for the local sector. Throughout the four-day itinerary, the delegation will visit legendary filming sites, interface with regional talent, and learn about the specialized services available in the area.

The tour schedule features stops at the Château de Chantilly, Amiens Cathedral, Villa Cavrois, and the La Piscine museum in Roubaix. Additionally, guests will participate in the Series Mania Forum, a premier international gathering for the television industry.

The delegation includes eight prominent American professionals:

  • Alexis Auditore – Director, Physical Production, Marvel Studios
  • Aaron Hurvitz – International Location Scout, LMGI Member

They will be joined by four French ambassadors who bring deep expertise in international productions:

  • Christine Raspillère – Unit Production Manager / Line Producer
  • Carole Reinhard – Location Scout
Furthermore, several French production companies focused on servicing international shoots will participate, including Firstep, Peninsula Film, FullDawa Films, Left & Right, Meadow Pictures, Gaumont Production Services, Froggie Production, and Voulez-Vous Production Services.

Through this program, Pictanovo and Film France–CNC intend to bolster the global profile of Hauts-de-France as a top-tier filming location, showcasing its diverse settings, robust production infrastructure, and highly skilled workforce.
