GMA Prime is set to kick off February with the premiere of its new action-drama “Never Say Die”, debuting on February 2. The gritty series dives into a morally complex world where truth is never absolute and justice often comes at a steep personal cost.

Produced by the GMA Entertainment Group, the series marks the first-ever on-screen pairing of Star of the New Gen Jillian Ward and Pambansang Ginoo David Licauco. Ward takes on the role of Joey Delgado, the vengeful daughter of a police officer, while Licauco stars as Andrew Dizon, a cynical investigative journalist.

Their lives collide as they pursue the truth behind a web of corruption, drug involvement and abuse of power among supposedly trusted officials — a quest that ultimately forces them to confront the dark secrets within their own families. As the stakes rise, Joey and Andrew find themselves fighting not only for justice, but for their own survival.

“Never Say Die” also features a strong supporting cast, including Richard Yap, South Korean actor Kim Ji Soo, Angelu de Leon and Raymart Santiago, rounding out an action-packed ensemble.

Behind the scenes, the series brings together a seasoned creative team led by Creative Director Aloy Adlawan and Creative Head Des Garbes-Severino, with Creative Consultant Denoy Navarro-Punio, Head Writer Glaiza Ramirez, writers Loi Argel Nova and Emerson Jake Somera, and brainstormers Meryl Bunyi and Jai Shane Cañete.

Directed by Dominic Zapata and Richard Arellano, and written by Denoy Punio and Loi Argel Nova, “Never Say Die” promises adrenaline-fueled storytelling, featuring large-scale chase sequences, intense fight choreography and a narrative that refuses to back down.
