Sky has released the official teaser of Avvocato Ligas and confirmed that the series will premiere exclusively on Sky and stream solely on NOW starting 6 March. Charismatic, brilliant, and razor-sharp, yet also cynical, audacious, and notoriously rule-averse. Lorenzo Ligas is a criminal lawyer of exceptional talent whose private life is as turbulent as his professional reputation is formidable. Bringing him to life with trademark allure is the widely adored Luca Argentero, the leading force of Avvocato Ligas, the first-ever Sky Original legal drama. 
Adapted from the novel Perdenti. La prima indagine dell’avvocato Ligas by Gianluca Ferraris (published by Corbaccio), the six-episode series is produced by Sky Studios and Fabula Pictures and directed by Fabio Paladini. The writing team includes Federico Baccomo, Jean Ludwigg, Leonardo Valenti, Matteo Bozzi, Camilla Buizza, and Francesco Tosco. Alongside Argentero, the cast features Marina Occhionero as Marta Carati, Ligas’s determined and idealistic trainee, and Barbara Chichiarelli as Annamaria Pastori, the sharp public prosecutor who stands as his fiercest courtroom rival.

The story is focus on Lorenzo Ligas (Argentero) is Milan’s most ingenious, controversial, unpredictable, and irresistibly charming criminal lawyer. He is the man many aspire to be and the man many dream of winning over. But when he is abruptly dismissed from his prestigious law firm—cast out for his inability to separate duty from desire—his ascent back to the top becomes a battle he can no longer wage alone.
Paired with Marta, a young trainee brimming with ideals and determination, Ligas begins taking on the city’s most complex, desperate, and ostensibly unwinnable cases. Their unconventional partnership becomes the key to restoring his place at the center of Milan’s legal stage.
