A new powerhouse is emerging in the Italian film and audiovisual landscape. From the merger between the Aliante Group and the acquisition of InHouse, Masi Film Group is officially born — a fully integrated ecosystem combining film and TV production, entertainment, post-production, advertising, events, and strategic consulting. The new entity also includes the renowned Indigo Film among its members.
Founded and led by Massimiliano Di Lodovico, Masi Film now takes a major leap forward with the creation of Masi Film Group, a production hub dedicated to cinema and audiovisual innovation. Made possible by Aliante’s entry into the company’s capital, this new structure marks the transformation of Masi Film from a successful production company into a true, multi-layered media ecosystem.
The project, referred to as the Polo Media, will be organized into specialized units designed to offer clients a complete, synergic portfolio of services — ranging from film and TV production to advertising, strategic consulting, event organization, post-production, and cross-media distribution.
A cornerstone of this new structure is Indigo Film, the historic independent production company founded in 1994 by Nicola Giuliano, Francesca Cima, and Carlotta Calori. In addition, Masi Film has announced the acquisition of InHouse, a prestigious name in both the Italian and international post-production industry.
InHouse boasts a stellar portfolio that includes some of the most acclaimed titles in contemporary cinema: Parthenope and The Hand of God by Paolo Sorrentino, Io Capitano by Matteo Garrone, Mixed by Erry by Sydney Sibilia, and Freaks Out by Gabriele Mainetti. The integration of InHouse ensures top-level expertise and operational excellence within the new group.
“At InHouse, our philosophy has always been focused on optimizing post-production workflows. Our team combines research and technological experimentation to meet the artistic needs of major filmmakers in both film and television,” said Mirko Perri, Matteo Rovere, and Edoardo Gambarresi, founders of InHouse. “We are thrilled to join a group that shares our vision and allows us to offer increasingly efficient, high-quality services within a fully integrated production environment.”
The growth trajectory of Masi Film Group will continue over the coming months, with a new and significant acquisition in the advertising and events sector expected before the end of the year.
“With the creation of the Polo Media, Masi Film takes a decisive step toward a business model capable of offering clients a complete, seamlessly integrated service,” commented Massimiliano Di Lodovico, CEO of Masi Film. “Our goal is to build an efficient and harmonious structure — a precise, creative, and coordinated machine able to respond to every need in the world of production and visual communication.”
With strategic and financial support from the Aliante Group, Masi Film Group is positioning itself as a new benchmark in the Italian audiovisual industry, lay
