Premiering on October 21 in prime time on Real Time, Turisti per Case is the latest unscripted format blending travel, lifestyle and real estate entertainment. The show brings together the well known trio: Ida Di Filippo and Gianluca Torre, two of TV’s most popular real estate experts, and Tommaso Zorzi, well known to audiences as the sharp and stylish host of Cortesie per gli ospiti. The format is produced by Blu Yazmine.

The series follows the three “vacation tourists” as they travel across Italy in search of the country’s most original and surprising holiday homes. Each episode is a journey through stunning landscapes, engaging encounters, and unexpected experiences — all with a competitive twist.
Airing every Tuesday at 21:10, Turisti per Case offers audiences a fresh take on the travel-docu genre. The format sees the trio exploring two different vacation homes per episode, each one personally selected by one of the hosts. From the rolling vineyards of Franciacorta to the delta landscapes of the Po, and from historic mansions to glamping resorts and renovated rural schools, the variety of accommodations is rich and visually captivating.

The hosts assign one of three ratings for each category: OK, Excellent, or Top. At the end of the two-day experience, the accommodation that earns the most “Top” scores wins the episode — along with a personalized written review signed by the trio.
