Following the success of the special edition in May celebrating the 100th anniversary of Mike Bongiorno's birth, the premiere of the new season confirmed the show's continued popularity. The first episode attracted 2,343,000 viewers, achieving an 18.55% audience share and leading its time slot among active viewers with a 19% share.
