TV producers meet for 3rd IPXCHANGE
New formats and international guests on March 11th / 12th in MMC studios: TV producers meet for 3rd IPXCHANGE Cologne. How can German TV producers achieve more success in the international format market? This is one of the questions that will be addressed at the “Independent Producers’ Exchange” in Cologne, a TV industry event for format trading, networking, knowledge transfer and international cooperation. TV producers, format distributors, broadcaster representatives and other industry experts will gather for the third time on 11th and 12th March 2024 in the MMC studios in Cologne for the international “Independent Producers’ Exchange” (IPXchange).

The IPXCHANGE gives producers the chance to find out about industry trends, and to view and buy new TV formats in advance of MIPTV (April 2024).

The event is organized by TV producer Wolfgang Link and TV marketing expert Sandra Lehner. This time, for the first time, there are also participants from Belgium, Spain and Australia. Also represented again: UK, USA, Netherlands, Ukraine, Asia and Turkey.

New on the agenda: a panel session by Tony Gregory, international director, developer and production strategist. He will explore with international guests why Germany ranks low on the table when it comes to TV format exporting countries. How can potential for greater international success be identified and realised.

Organisers Sandra Lehner and Wolfgang Link explain, “Our unique concept of meaningful international networking outside of the usual global corporate networks is highly valued, and makes a posi2ve difference to independent production companies.” IPXCHANGE is supported by MMC Studios Köln GmbH as well as and HERZBERG MEDIA.
